    Used this company to have my backyard fence replaced and a gate placed around my pool. They have also done some flooring in my house. They do very good work and are very professional! I couldn’t be more happy and they will be my first call anytime I need some work done! See more See less

    Frank did a fantastic job! I gave him pictures of what I was envisioning and he was able to create it perfectly! He was also patient as I worked with my insurance company and quick and efficient when we were finally able to start the job. Great at his job and also a really nice guy. I highly recommend Frank!     Frank & Homer went BEYOND my expectations for my bathroom remodel! It was an absolute mess after a "professional" did an awful job. He took his time with me and made sure I liked what I saw before he moved to the next project. The tile work looks like it belongs in a magazine. 100% recommended him! See more See less

    Frank and Homer nearly remodeled my whole basement less than a year ago and I’m still in love with how it turned out! They did Sheetrock in the whole living room area, Sheetrock and finished our under the stairs closet, laid floor, framed the windows, put in baseboards, painted the majority of the basement and replaced the carpet stairs with stained wood. I will be using the again for future work! See more See less

    We contracted Frank to remodel my parent’s primary bathroom, focusing on accessibility and a fresh new look. The highlight is their new, large, zero threshold shower. Frank was trustworthy and stayed in constant communication with both me (remote) and my parents (on- site) throughout the project. He completed the remodel on time and as quoted.     Mr. Starr and his company are top notch and professional. My husband and I hired Mr. Starr to install tile in our entire house (with the exception of the bathrooms).     I recently had my bathroom completely remodeled by Frank and Homer (Starr Tile & Remodeling), and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Frank is a genuinely nice guy—easy to work with, responsive, and professional. Homer also deserves a lot of credit for the great work he did alongside Frank. They took the bathroom down to the studs and handled everything from hanging new sheetrock to tiling the floors and walls, painting, installing crown molding, and putting in a new vanity and tub (latter with the help of certified plumbers). Throughout the process, they kept me involved in the decisions, checking in on things like how I wanted the vanity positioned or whether to keep certain features. The finished product looks fantastic. Friends and family have all complimented the new bathroom, and I’m already getting a quote from Frank to remodel other areas of my home. They left the place clean every day, were honest about everything, and didn’t hesitate to point out and address any issues—no surprises or cover-ups. They even came back a couple of weeks later to help with some final touch-up items, which I really appreciated. Overall, just a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!     Wonderful experience with Starr Remodeling. We were so impressed with the time spent in making sure our fence project was exactly what we wanted. We wanted it replaced with cedar boards and painted to match the neighborhood code. Starr rebuilt the fence timely and came back just when it had cured to paint it. We are so pleased!!!!     Frank has done a couple different projects for us around the house and I have been more than pleased with each one. He is one of the few that will show up when they tell you and do the work they quote for you. If I could give more stars I would. If you need something done I highly recommend calling Frank!     I needed someone to replace my stepmom’s deck at her home. She lives in Haleyville AL and I live in Florida. Frank had done a number of projects for my cousin and she highly recommended him for the job. Frank was very quick to respond and gave us a very fair quote. He completed the project in just under a week and we more than satisfied with the results. He WELL exceeded expectations!!! We will call on Frank any time we have repairs or projects to be done!
